What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express in all regions. The full amount will be charged when we receive your order. Deia does not store customers’ payment card details for security purposes.

Deia operates in CAD (Canadian Dollars). We are not responsible for currency changes, and your bank determines the exchange rate that appears on your credit card statement.

How can I apply a discount code?

You will be able to enter your discount code at Check out.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other campaigns or additional discounts. Discount codes are subject to expiration and are only applicable within the set date range. Discount codes can therefore not be applied to past or future orders that fall outside of the voucher’s valid dates. Promotions are not applicable on past orders.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

If you need to adjust or cancel your order, please immediately send an email to [email protected] with your request. Once orders have been dispatched we are unfortunately not able to make amendments, but we always do our best to accommodate whenever possible.

Once the order has been placed, we will send you an order confirmation, followed by a tracking email once the package has been sent.

We cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped, so please ensure your shipping details and personal information are accurate at the time of checkout.

We ship to Canada and U.S and also offer free local pick-up in Downtown Vancouver. We regret that we are currently not offering delivery to other countries. If you would like to inquire a special order, please contact us at [email protected] and we will try our best to accommodate.

Standard handling time for all items is 1-3 business days and is not inclusive of the shipping timeframes provided below. These timeframes are approximate and do not account for shipping delays. Occasionally, shipments may fall outside the listed timeframes if an item is considered oversized or specialty.

Can I pick-up my order?

Deia is currently offering free local pick-up in Downtown Vancouver. Further instructions for pick-up and dates will follow by e-mail. We will try our best to accommodate pick-up date and time.

Within the 10 days following the delivery of your order, you may request a return and refund of regular price items, excluding consumable items. Please see more details on the Shipping & Returns tab.

Deia currently only operates online. All shipping is made in Vancouver, BC.

Upon receipt of payment, we will prepare and ship your order within 1 – 3 business days, pending availability and credit verification, unless otherwise noted. Once processed, we will email you a notification that your items have shipped and also provide you with the tracking information.

Deia aims to offer accurate shipping times but cannot take responsibility for shipping delays, lost, stolen or damaged packages caused by weather conditions, local delivery errors or delays while crossing international borders. Delivery times will vary by destination. Fees incurred from rejected packages will be the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded or reimbursed by Deia for any reason.

Refund Policy

You may return your regular priced item for a refund, exchange, or store credit by sending it back to us within 10 days of the delivery date, as noted in the tracking details. Consumable items (such as candles, fragrances, soap, and room spray) and printed matter (such as books and magazines) are not eligible for refund and considered final sale. The item we receive must be in original condition with attached tags and original packaging. If the item we receive does not meet these specifications, it will be sent back to the customer at their cost. Money will be refunded in the same manner in which it was purchased. 

To start your return, please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, exchange, or receive store credit for. Further instructions will be provided at that point. 

The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, plus any duties and/or taxes that may be incurred upon return shipping. Return shipping costs, duties, taxes and all related fees are non-refundable and will be subtracted from the order refund. 

In the unfortunate event of the merchandise being damaged during transit, or in the case of defective merchandise, please let us know within 3 days by contacting us directly at [email protected]. Be sure to include a photo of the damage/defect and a detailed description in your damage claim. We will assess the issue and move forward accordingly, depending on the situation.

Terms & Conditions

By confirming your order on “www.deia-shop.com” you are accepting of these terms & conditions and a binding agreement is entered into. When we have received your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming it from us. In the unlikely event that any of the goods from your are no longer available, we will advise you of this via email and give you the opportunity to cancel or amend the order. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed as we see fit, in such instances where fraud is suspected or all items are unavailable. We will notify you by email as soon as possible of any such cancellation.

Lost and Damaged Items

Deia shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any services provided. Any damage caused during shipment is the responsibility of the postal service/courier. We do not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items.
